David Szebeni has over 13 years of experience in policy analysis, consulting, strategy planning and development projects. One of the strategic planners of the more than 20 billion EUR worth Hungarian development programmes financed by EU funds in the 2014-20 period. He took project management tasks in construction and IT development as well. His favourite fields of project management are policy planning, urban development and database building. Being the Ministry for National Economy’s and the Office of the Hungarian National Assembly’s former associate and office-bearer of a municipality owned firm, David also has experiences as regards the special needs of the public sector. Our founder and director was tutor and lead researcher of economic policy topics at Corvinus University of Budapest. Member of presidential board of the Hungarian Economic Association Economic Policy and Development Policy Sections. He led the municipality owned Cegléd Urban Developmend Ltd. for six years. As responsible manager he participated in numerous property transactions and development projects in favor of the local government. These projects include: strategic transport developments, industrial property development, public space and building renewals, purchase and sell of properties. One of the projects led by him earned ICOMOS/Hungarian Society for Urban Planning Quality Award for Public Space Renewal.
David graduated with excellence from Corvinus University of Budapest as economist in 2008 (Master degree). He also holds an excellent economist in real estate development and management diploma from Corvinus University of Budapest. Language skills: Hungarian (native), English, German.
